Exhilaration

Feeling in a good mood one morning as things were going my way. I started by spreading burnt sienna; pink; orange; cadmium yellow; neutral grey and purple using the back of my gloved hand to give a nice blended foundation.

I then decided that I needed to express my joy with a far more forceful layer so used my trusted spatula to add some glorious titanium white; purple and orange. The outcome felt like I was soaring above that base layer with no restrictions whatsoever, peering through to the foundation layer. A good day indeed.
